Hi! I'm a mom of two kids in San Francisco. Finding the right camps, after-school programs, birthday venues, and activities meant hours of Googling, a dozen browser tabs, and an Excel sheet just to keep track, for two kids with different interests and schedules.
I wanted one place to go from discovery to planning to booking without starting from scratch each time. PlanMyKids is my attempt to make that easier, for me and every other working parent who knows that feeling.

How listings work today
To get parents the information they need as quickly as possible, I currently rely on web scraping to discover and display program listings. This means some details like session schedules, pricing, and availability may be pulled automatically from your website and could occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. I sincerely apologize for any errors; this is an early-stage project and I'm still refining how data is collected and shown.
In a later stage, I hope to work directly with businesses through API integrations so that listings are always accurate and up to date. If you're interested in that kind of direct partnership, I'd love to hear from you.
Things I can help with right now:
- Adding your program if it's not listed yet
- Fixing session schedules, pricing, or location details. Use the Suggest an Edit button on any program, camp, league, or birthday venue page to submit a correction directly
- Removing a listing you no longer want shown
- Reporting any inaccuracy or problem with how your program appears
